Loved the location!! Nice guy running it. No bedbugs I checked. Well-lit property. If you’re a stickler about hotels don’t come here it won’t satisfy you if you like to nitpick but if you’re low maintenance and you know you’re going to spend most of your trip out of the room just stay here the bed was comfy who cares that it’s not aesthetically up to date. You get what you pay for. Thick doors and extra locks made me feel safe.

The dining room was very clean, TV news some mornings which i like. Food choices were sparse.Staff kept everything stocked and were very friendly.The juices were delicious. The manager was super helpful, answered all my questions, the office staff are Great.Room very comfortable.

Friendly, helpful, and diligent staff - front desk answered all questions promptly before and after check in. Called me to inform me I forgot an item in my room) Unbeatable combination of price (includes breakfast), location, ease of parking, clean bathroom. Easy access to the garden of the gods and Pikes peak.

The room had everything we needed. Microwave, coffee pot, and fridge and a big comfortable bed. And it was super clean and only a two block walk from the historic district!

Staff was wonderful. They let me check in early and was very accommodating and quick. The continental breakfast was nice.
